Add a nightly guest fee in Track

InsuraGuest has teamed up with Track! Now you can share costs with your guests simply by adding a nightly fee to every guest reservation. It's simple and easy to set up and only takes a few minutes. Just log into your Track account and set the amount you would like your guests to pay. Then let Track collect those fees for you automatically on every reservation.

  1. Select Reservation Charges from the menu list.

  2. Click on “+ Reservation Charge” button to add charges

  3. Select the Charge Type as Standard from the dropdown list and click on Create Charge button

  4. Fill up the Add Reservation Charge form as per given info below

    • Reservation Fee

      • Name: InsuraGuest

      • Display Name: InsuraGuest

      • Charge To: Guest

      • Item: Management Commission/Fee Adjustment

      • Posting Type: Required

      • Display As: Itemized

      • Include All Reservation Types? : Yes

      • Active: Yes

    • Pricing Settings

      • Pricing Model: Flat Pricing

      • Enable Per Unit Pricing: Yes

      • Priced Per: Night

      • Post Date: Check In

      • Amount: 9.95

      • Default Quantity: 1

      • Max Quantity: 1

      • Max Night Charged: 1000
